1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • If there is a delay due to high order volume, we will notify you via email

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

Domestic Orders (within Nigeria)

  • Delivery time: 2–7 business days
  • Standard shipping fees apply at checkout

International Orders (if enabled)

  • Delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Customs delays may occur and are beyond our control

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Tracking information (if available) will be included in the email
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number

4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided at checkout
